Pros
After spending the first 15 years of my career working for a couple of the largest engineering companies, I stepped into a smaller/mid-sized engineering firm. Surprisingly, the bureaucracy, silos, and BS that I had become accustomed to were much less prevalent or virtually non-existent. Opportunity to own stock in the company! Great projects! Fantastic technical experts throughout the company! and Willingness to pursue opportunities with my clients regardless of location!Cons
