+ Getsafe is in a phase where lots of new projects and initiatives are coming up. As the company is digitising and disrupting a quite archaic industry this brings a lot of freedom in thought and creativity + Dynamic people and fast pace. There are a lot of interesting challenges to face and over the past year lots of new colleagues have joined with different experience from different environments to push the company forward + Flexibility. The company offers remote work (if you are based in Germany) and also flexible working hours (as there are families in the business) + Open culture. There is a push from the founding team and executive team to be transparent, this is in the form of either monthly town halls or company updates. + Feedback. The company runs 6 monthly calibration rounds (for promotions or salary increases) but ultimately pushes for open/real-time feedbackCons
- As the company is transitioning forward (currently Series B) this creates change, and not everyone embraces change or a shift in direction to achieve company goals. This can sometimes mean some people move on or are no longer happy but this quite typical in scale-ups
