I enjoy the culture and role

Pros

This is a fun place to work, a great way to learn sales and a good stepping stone to either get a higher job inside the company or outside. It is an entry level sales role, you aren't doing any high level projects or work but its a great learning opportunity and there are other teams you can join if you do well. Go home at 530 everyday and dont have to grind to hit quotas like some of my friends sales jobs.

Cons

Things change quickly, processes change often with little notice especially on my team as we are a newer team. But generally its understandable and management means well. Communicating the WHY behind changes would go a long way.
