I have been with Guidant for a while now and it's been an incredible journey. The leadership team is not only supportive but also fosters an environment of open and direct communication. They are always transparent about strategic plans, which makes us feel valued and involved. In the era of remote work, Guidant has excelled in creating connection opportunities. The Connection Opportunity and Growth and DEI Committees regularly organize events that help us stay connected and engaged, despite the physical distance. These initiatives have truly made a difference in maintaining a sense of community and belonging. One of the standout aspects of working at Guidant is the supportive supervisors. They genuinely care about our work-life balance and consistently encourage us to live our excellence value of getting better each and every day. This supportive environment has not only helped me maintain a healthy work-life balance but also motivated me to strive for continuous improvement.
