Pros

I moved to the area about 7 months ago with almost 10 years of experience in Early Learning. This is my first experience with Montessori, but it has been amazing! I have never seen more regulated classrooms, and the staff and families are happy. The company is fairly new, but I have met the founder and CEO, and from our interactions I can see how much he and the rest of the company truly believe in the mission, and care about the staff and families in their care. At my location I have an amazing mentor and friend in my Head of School, and incredibly dedicated staff.

Cons

Just like with any company there are issues here and there, but they strive to address these, and actively work on making this a great environment to be in each day.
