Guy Carpenter's employee resource groups support business needs along with employee development and engagement. These ERGs hold events, offer training, partner with client firms and work closely with our executive management. 

Additionally, Marsh McLennan (our parent firm) also has a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.  The senior-most business leaders from each operating company serve on the Marsh McLennan Diversity Council.  Marsh McLennan has partnerships with groups supporting diversity, such as the Asia Society, Catalyst, the Executive Leadership Council and the Human Rights Campaign, among others, and also supports enterprise-wide employee resource groups and a strong supplier diversity program.
