Really smart, high performing individuals with deep expertise across AI, clinical research and regulatory affairs. It's a mission driven company with a great product trying to improve the lives of patients.Cons
Command control leadership from the top. There's a deep culture of fear. Everyone is afraid to speak their mind due to repercussions and this has only gotten worse in 2024.
