INTERNSHIPS

Looking for a summer internship where you can get a taste of the real world? We’ll give you the chance to put your academic knowledge to practical use on active projects with great mentors. Plus, you’ll have fun: you’ll be with a group of your peers from around the country, taking part in activities throughout the summer. And we won’t ask you to get coffee.

FUNDAMENTALS TRAINING

A strong background in engineering fundamentals is essential for success. We want our employees to be the best in the industry. Our training programs will get you there. Henderson has developed hundreds of complete classroom courses that focus on everything from systems design to management best practices.

Every new employee at Henderson undergoes a six-month fundamentals training program. Weekly classes take each new employee through the important topics in the engineering discipline that matches their focus. This experience also facilitates personal interaction with the technical experts in the company, strengthening the network of personal relationships between our engineers.
