Thus, the creation of a women's employee resource group called Women in Action. The group, seeks to empower, support and develop women by facilitating the exchange of knowledge and experiences through learning opportunities as well as with internal and external networking events.

We have been honored with the Department of Defense's Patriot Award — an award given to companies as a way to recognize employers who have gone above and beyond the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act. In addition, we supported the launch of a Herc Rentals Veteran Resource Group to offer veterans on Team Herc a community of support, networking, collaboration, learning and sharing
