If you’re applying for a field position, our website can be a great resource for comprehensive information on our different lines of business. You can also learn about our company’s history and see all our different locations! All of these will help you gain an understanding of who our customers are and what kind of service role you’ll be stepping into.

Make a cheat sheet.

It’s okay. We won’t know! Remember, we don’t expect you to know everything. We understand there’s a lot of information about our company and the environmental services industry. So it’s okay if you want a cheat sheet to look at during your interview. Just remember to use it as a resource and not a script. Natural conversation is the best conversation!

Create a list of strengths.

It’s probably the most frequently asked interview question: What do you think you could bring to the company? But let’s ask the question a different way: Why do you think you would succeed in this position? Phrasing the question this way will help you create a list of strengths that are specific to the position. Do you have past sales experience? Are you detail-oriented and quick to spot mistakes? Whatever your strengths, it's important to explain how they would help you succeed. After all, when you succeed, our company succeeds!

Ask questions!

You are absolutely allowed to ask us questions during the interview too! In fact, your interview should be like a game of tennis, where questions are lobbed back and forth between you and our HR recruiter. Who will you work most closely with? What are the most challenging aspects of the job? These are all great questions that we are happy to answer! It’s called an interview, but we’re really just looking for a great conversation with someone’s who’s motivated about joining our team.
