Fantastic science being done at scale. Great people with true innovative ideas executing experiments and software deliverables. Also really appreciated the culture of work-life balance as well. Work was valued, and I never felt like anyone was looking over my shoulder to see when I would get it done. If I needed flexibility, I was granted it.Cons
