From the interview process I was already able to identify the unique culture and wonderful atmosphere in the company. Then the onboarding: 1) was the best organized onboarding experience I had; 2) everybody was super nice and wanted to help as much as they can. Being more than a year in the company, I can tell you, that there is no better company to learn and progress in.
