Pros

Leadership cares. You are open to be who you are and don't have to fit some specific mold. No micro-managing. You are given the tools necessary to succeed. Nothing gets swept under the rug. Every team member has a voice and can raise concern for client issues. Product(s) are ever developing and not losing traction. You have the opportunity to take on more responsibility if you choose.

Cons

Work load can get a bit hectic based on the time of year. But nothing that forces daily overtime.

All Together Council - An employee-led group that creates and measures initiatives to increase equitable representation and decision-making with our DEIB programs.

Employee Resource Groups - Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee-led groups to foster and promote a sense of belonging and empowerment.

Our current employee resource groups are

  • Mosaic: Multi-Cultural Diversity in Action - advocates for an equitable workplace environment for ethnic and racial minorities. The group works to create a safe space for dialogue centered around compassion, understanding, and commitment to help create an open and accepting environment for all people at Higher Logic.
  • P.R.I.D.E. - stands for People Respecting Individual Diversity Everywhere! This group strives to empower the LGBTQIA+ Community and its allies to have representation and voice at Higher Logic, to create a place where everyone is welcome.
  • Women in Tech (WiT) - aims to connect, mentor, inspire, and assist in the professional growth of the women of Higher Logic.
  • Disability and Mental Health Advocates (DMHA) - aims to model appropriate inclusive vocabulary and disability etiquette, share resource information, and identify perceived gaps in employee and customer accessibility.
