Incredible company if you want to have a good work/life balance. Benefits were great and affordable. I truly loved my job and loved serving members in Delaware.Cons
The only issue I ever had was finding a pediatric dentist that would accept the employee dental benefits. There were not very many in Delaware that took it and the only one listed was not accepting patients so we had to drive to Maryland to take my kids to the dentist.
