Pros

Highwire PR is hands-down an excellent agency to work for. The work we do here is both challenging and rewarding and I can confidently say that I’ve really grown my skills here. Leadership at the agency is thoughtful, transparent, and gives many opportunities for junior staff to learn and excel. I look forward to working here for years to come.

Cons

Burnout is a concern at any agency you’ll work at and it is a concern here, especially around promotion cycles and around the holiday season. I do hope this and promoting a healthier work-life balance can be worked on more.
