Pros

Hinge Health is a great place to work. The company laid off 0 employees while other companies laid off thousands. The pay is very competitive and benefits are amazing. I am fully remote and have flexibility to choose my hours which is priceless. All of my coworkers are super talented as they only hire “A” players, the best of the best in the industry. If you are just looking for “a job” and not ready to go above and beyond in everything you do-then this is probably not the best place for you.

Cons

Mental health stipend and other stipends are included into your total rewards package but you don’t really get to choose your favorite meditation apps or learning and development courses. For example, there is a list of approved mental health services and if you don’t need any of those-there is no opportunity to transfer those funds into another area like Lifestyle or Learning and Development. So your total rewards package looked great but you can’t really touch those funds.
