Hint Health is by far the best company I've ever worked for. They put a lot of effort to ensure their culture puts people first, and this is demonstrated from the top down. The co-founders are both very passionate individuals who are trying to bring affordable healthcare to everyone. The company offers a lot of perks; for example, every second Friday is a half-day, at a minimum you have to take at least 10 days offer. You are encouraged to take more, but management monitor your vacation to ensure you are taking at least 10 days, they offer unlimited PTO and they are true to it, also they observed a lot of holidays.Cons
