Open door policy, Great Help from management, my manager makes me feel comfortable to speak with her, Can make 12k Bonus a year, Fully Remote position, Great Technology

Cons

The interview process I think is a lot it should only be 1-2 interviews before a decision is made VS doing 3-4 interviews, but I do not have anymore cons at this time my experience has been great so far :)
