Positive outlook

Pros

The people in there have been in it for many years that are willing to work with you, support you and answer any questions or help you if you run into problems. The pay and commissions are great, there are better territories than others depending on your location. And I would say that the overall company culture is really good. I have learned a lot about this industry and how to conduct business in distribution and B2B sales. Great place and happy of where I am at.

Cons

Maybe there could be a little more use of updated technology in the software used, but nothing major.
