Fast-paced, early stage startup with lots of smart, talented and kind people. Innovative and creative environment with opportunity for growth. International company with offices in NYC and Milan. Good pay/benefits. Great flexibility due to remote/hybrid work. Smart, capable and accessible leadership.Cons
Being early-stage, Horizen Labs is still maturing as a company. It took some time to narrow our focus, but we're in good place now. Change is constant so one needs to be ok with pivoting as needed. We haven't had many opportunities to get the entire company together, which is much needed in a remote setting.
