The company discussion unfolds in real time across different tools that everyone has access to. You are never left in the dark, which is especially important when you work in a support role and need to explain rapid product changes and new features. The CEO has a no frills approach and a nice, dry sense of humor :) everyone works really hard and pulls their weight. You get to work with a lot of smart people day in and day out while solving puzzles and helping humans. It's one of the best jobs I've had.Cons
The learning curve is steep, and the workload is often quite large! This is not a place for someone who wants to send a few emails and then go to brunch, but it is a place for someone who wants to challenge themselves and doesn't mind riding the wave of startup life.
