-Phenomenal product in a very large market that is for the most part untapped. -Currently, there is the strongest sales leadership the sales org has seen (I was an IC for 3+ years before my current role). With some of the change management over the last year, the team has never been in a better position to hit & exceed targets -Several reps, including myself when I was an IC, have not missed quota over the last couple of years. It's doable for anybody who is willing to focus on the fundamentals and puts in the effort on a daily basis. - Leadership listens to their employees and works to solve big problems. The CEO + VP of Sales are constantly seeking feedback from the front lines about where improvements can be made to drive the company's success. There is no such thing as "we don't or can't do that". - Your personal life is cared for. You are not just a number. The management team has high character and truly cares about their people's personal lives and happiness. It's refreshing to be cared for deeply on a personal level. -The company is accelerating at a rapid pace. There is a massive opportunity for growth as the sales org expands and new teams and roles are created.Cons
- The company moves at a very fast pace. This is not a con unless you enjoy a slow and steady pace. Things change weekly which creates a situation for each individual to take accountability for the changes that impact them and their organization.
