Pros

Hourglass is a well-established company with a start-up feel. While that means you wear many hats and have roll-up your sleeves, you also get a lot of experience. It's all about what you make of it and the attitude you have; you have to speak up when you need help or have a problem. Hourglass is one of the best companies I have worked for. Amazing people, great perks and high-quality products. Leadership is really trying make improvements and asking for employee feedback. There's been a significant amount of growth and I've seen a lot of new improvements within the company also. Hourglass is really picking up its speed!

Cons

Teams are a little lean (growing pains) but there's a lot of hiring going on to help this.
