Pros

- I’ve been at hyperexponential 6 months now and it’s more than lived up to expectations set during the interview process - The business is exciting, we do brilliant things for superb customers and we are getting real market traction - I've seen this first hand, witnessing the level of interest from investors during our Series B fundraise that closed last month and being fortunate enough to bring in Battery Ventures and a16z alongside existing investors Highland Europe - hxers are an incredibly talented bunch, who work hard sure, but are extremely welcoming and inclusive - I feel encouraged to learn and am supported by Amrit (CEO and CRO-founder) to achieve company, team and personal goals - We are scaling the business internationally and have ambitious plans and anyone who's passion matches their ambition will thrive here

Cons

- My to-do list is never ending and permanently being added to. I make a big decision every morning electing what to work on, and what I decide I can't get to. Sometimes it doesn't go to plan! That's growth, it's exciting, but we must prioritise and be comfortable knowing that making progress means never standing still
