Pros
- In general really nice peopleCons
- Abit of a 'them' and 'us' culture with C Level Different cultures in different branches, no consistent company culture across different locations. At times it can be seen as the only important branch is HQ in Paris and no one else matters. Tried to expand around various different geographies without a product in place and integrated, poor planning and the UK is an example of that. No clear hiring strategy, the company scaled out departments with no plan and then laid them off 6 months or less later. Lack of training and onboarding for new starters so ramp up period is long and they expect results fast. CEO sends message that we are saving money and focusing on ebidta positive status, then releases videos on a whatsapp chat showing all of the C-Level out partying with magnums of champagne on a ski resort. Also a terrible diversity and inclusion problem in the company, no metrics, initiatives, lack of female representation at board level and country managers across their branches.Fintech Scale-up, Fintech Belgium Summit, 2018 Deloitte's Technology Fast 50, Deloitte's Technology Fast 50, 2018
