Pros

- Warm and welcoming teams - Good work/life balance - Good onboarding structure - Competitive salary + benefits - Large company initiatives for DE&I - Beautiful office in a great area - Easy commuting access from train or I-95 - Free garage parking

Cons

- Hybrid model is 4 days per week in office (3 is typically standard) and you must choose between Thursday and Friday as your WFH days. Coming from a remote company, this feels a bit restrictive, and took some time to adjust to. Though, I'm thankful for any days working from home!
