Pros

Challenging environment, which will push you to excel. Working with great people who will work with you to execute and are customer service driven. Individuals are encouraged to keep learning and increase their technical expertise. ICE also provides training courses so that engineers can continue to grow professionally. As an MSP, ICE works with various software/hardware and is not tied to just one or two manufacturers, giving the engineer a wide gamut of technical areas to grow and have exposure to in regards to systems and networking. ICE Consulting also offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits and PTO program.

Cons

ICE is a growing company and there are always growing pains. Growing pains might mean more work needs to be done and current processes/procedures need to evolve. But these 'cons' are also opportunities for the right people to help ICE grow.
