Positive outlook

Pros

Collaborative environment with very solid clinical programs. There has been a lot of change over the past six months with the introduction of new leaders, but the culture of respect, excitement commitment and hard work towards a common goal continues.

Cons

Anyone who lives within a roughly 2 hour drive radius of either the SSF or the San Diego office is expected to work onsite 4 days per week irrespective of role. HR tracks the coming and going of onsite employees to verify compliance. Office space is crowded, noisy and distracting.
