Pros
Your work is genuinely impactful because it's a small team focusing on creating software with positive environmental impact. You work closely with all teams and collaborate a lot. Communication is great. Nice company culture with friendly people. No overtime for SWE, but some full-time architects definitely did quite a lot of overtime. Seems to be still growing.Cons
Small team (while I worked there), so you do a decent amount of work. Pay was pretty low while I was there.
