Pros
Overall a good Company with a sound 5+year strategy. Leaders care, listen and work to empower employees. I see fair diversity levels at the individual and mid-career levels, and the CEO has been pushing to bring more Diversity at the Sr. levels. I've been impressed with their support to let employees self-form and create groups aimed at celebrating culture and diversity and bringing more resources for Women, Latinx and the Black Community. I see multiple cultural events lined-up for 2023, including an all-day inclusion summit. If driving DEI is a passion for you, there are great opportunities to feel represented, stand-out and make a difference.Cons
Not fully remote but offers hybrid practices (3 Days in Office, 2 Days Remote). WFH, Chapter 11 emergence, Post-Covid, and a new CEO (and his team) are still rebooting the Culture and Strategy. Business model remains under pressure, and likely to continue shifting and changing over the next 5-10 years. As the foundational architects of satellite technology, Intelsat operates the world’s largest and most advanced satellite fleet and connectivity infrastructure.
