For almost three years now, my time here has constantly reaffirmed why this place is such a great place to work. Managers across the board exhibit a blend of thoughtfulness and dedication, prioritizing both their team members and the projects they lead. Our compensation structure is truly remarkable, with both quarterly and annual bonuses. Last year, we even hit over 100% of our annual targets, reflecting the company's success. The quarterly bonuses are based on your own goals, which feels fair and makes me feel like I'm actually making a difference. Pay is solid, better than industry standards, and our benefits keep getting better. Plus, being fully remote is another outstanding benefit. Coupled with the chance to gather for All Hands events—recently in Nashville and upcoming in Austin—adds another layer of job satisfaction. I really appreciate that the company has had no layoffs, especially in the last few years with everything going on in the world and economy. It’s an obvious sign that we have excellent leadership that puts people first and understands how to manage company finances responsibly. It's not always smooth sailing (there are challenging situations and people wherever you work), but the way everyone at Intradiem deals with tough times is commendable. I really don't know what a con would be. Cons do exist, of course, but the company kicks off each quarter with a recap and a plan for each department moving forward so we're all actively aware of what's going on and how "cons" are being resolved.
