Pros
Agile, passionate employees who work incredibly hard to find a solution for COVID. It's very fast paced and I enjoy the challenge of helping society "get back to normal" after a very disruptive pandemic. All employees are remote but have the opportunity to gather with colleagues at company meetings or regional get-togethers.Cons
It's not a con, but you have to be willing to work hard, roll up your sleeves and want to make a difference.
