We are dedicated to diversity and inclusion througout our companies. We have introduced Employee Resource Groups that meet quarterly regarding topics of "Women in Construction" and "People of Color in Construction". We send employees to many industry related events to support our diversity and inclusion initiatives and we require all new hires to be trained on diversity in the workplace.
