J.D. Power is passionate and committed to building an inclusive community of diverse talent, while also fostering an environment of equality and inclusivity.  

We know J.D. Power, like other data and analytics companies, have work to do to expand this pool of diverse talent, which is why our President and CEO, Dave Habiger, signed the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion Pledge.  

The pledge commits to the following goals:  

— Making our workplace a trusting place for our employees to have complex, and sometimes difficult, conversations about diversity and inclusion.  

— Implementing and expanding unconscious bias education.  

— Creating and sharing strategic inclusion and diversity plans with our board of directors.  

We take the CEO pledge to ACT ON diversity and inclusion very seriously.  Our DE&I Council regularly hosts Listening Lounges which are safe spaces for our employees to have complex and sometimes difficult discussions about topics such as women’s equality, violence against the AAIP community, black history, neurodiversity in the workplace and much more.  Additionally, all our North America employees are required to attend UB (Unconscious Bias) Education.  We are also excited about a new UB education offer later this year called Eliminating Unconscious Bias in Hiring Manager
