Pros

The artists, and staff really foster a friendly and sociable environment. The Production teams are amazing and really drive the business forward, alongside us artists.

Cons

The friendly vibes do not translate to the senior leadership and HR teams. There were multiple involuntary redundancies made which were handled awfully. The HR team all quit, which is a huge reflection of what happens behind the scenes. The HR team has no structure, no accountability, and unfortunately were not able to treat people as people. I really think the company has potential to be something great, but the Operations and HR teams all know eachother, cover eachothers mistakes and are not open to new ideas or positive change when recommendations come in from us artists.
