If you're a person looking to learn new skills, take on additional responsibility, be challenged by complex projects and develop your career, this is THE place for you to be. Additionally, Jimdo is incredibly flexible and treats their employees like humans, values diversity, asks for employee's opinions, is super transparent and invests in their employee's development.Cons
Jimdo is in a period of transition and change (almost all for the better). However, you have to know that, and want that. As examples, policies evolve, new people are hired, new products are always launched, tests occur constantly, etc. If you are looking for a place that will allow you to skate by without hard work, this is NOT the place for you.Working at Jimdo means partnering with 250 employees from 50 nationalities located in 20 countries. We cherish the diversity of backgrounds, experiences, world views, and personal identities that team Jimdo represents. However, this diversity means that we need to be aware and intentional about how we show up with each other in everyday interactions. We work hard at becoming a more inclusive workplace where everyone belongs. This work will never be complete, but we’re determined to continuously make meaningful progress.
