Pros

Jobber is definitely a place where I feel valued, heard and encouraged to learn/grow. From onboarding to getting started in your role, everyone you speak to is extremely supportive and helpful - it's infectious. There's lots of work to be done and I'm eager to keep contributing in a meaningful way.

Cons

Jobber is still growing so there are naturally some growing pains. I'd also say that benefits need to be enhanced.
