Pros

As a remote first company, they do an excellent job keeping everyone connected and fully engaged. Industry leading product with clear vision and some of the best sales training I've ever experienced in my 15+ years in sales. Working with very intelligent people who are collaborative and fully invested in doing what's right for the customer and the company. One of the best comp plans I've been a part of as well, with a clear understanding of setting your earnings goals and plotting the path to get there. Small, well connected team with a high center of influence and the ability to have a meaningful impact as an IC.

Cons

No job related cons. The medical benefits could be a bit stronger based on previous tech experience, but overall solid coverage options. The higher base and better comp plan also fills in any gaps
