Pros

Regular employees (not management) are such nice people and really good professionals.

Cons

Employees are not valued, opinions of people who were hired to give those opinions are ignored, top performers with 3-4 years of experience within the company are being let go without any reservations or even being forced to leave because of them being brave enough to point out poor management decisions. A lot of behind the scenes politics. No vision for the future of product whatsoever. No perks and bonuses. Very limited career opportunities, and only for people who play along with management. The list is long.
