The firm has developed a great niche in product development and manufacturing. You can grow and move up the ranks quickly if you are willing to work hard

Cons

the firm has nearly tripled in size while I have been here which is good, but there have been some growing pains i.e. some functions have not grown in pace with the firms size. Compensation lags larger firms, but not by a large amount
