Pros
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, then this is the place for you. There's a lot that can be learned from team mates, managers, other departments and the industry. It's a flat structure so you have direct visibility and contact with senior management (which can be a learning curve for some people). When you demonstrate your expertise and back it up with results, naturally the more recognition and autonomy you're given from the trust earned. It's a start-up, so expect changes in strategies and directions as the business evolves. I personally feel this helps builds on your resilience, ability to adapt, and to think creatively in the long run. KAMI is fully remote, but you get the chance to meet each other if based in the same location. Even if just virtually, colleagues are all approachable, supportive, and great to work with.Cons
Improvements are underway, but internal processes need more structure (expected for a start-up).
