Very thorough orientation with experienced staff. Supportive management and good pay and benefits. Smaller organization so feels like family. Co workers are amazing. I would stay if I didn’t have to move.Cons
Scheduling can be hit or miss. System changes frequently. Company getting rid of admission nurses so workload can be very heavy.
