Pros

The entire team is caring and highly technical. Kiln is the perfect place to learn, both about the blockchain ecosystem with specialized engineers, and about corporate topics with executives who are experts in their field. My internship supervisor was always listening and making weekly feedback sessions to ensure that my journey at the company goes well. He took special care to make sure I understood the technical essentials of blockchain first, and always adapted the tasks he gave me according to my strengths and what I wanted to learn. My desire to understand how to run a company with various subjects (from HR to cash management through product development and go to market strategy) was amply satisfied, if not more than fulfilled. At Kiln, you are free to work the way you want (where and when). But the excellence of the team leads you into a positive spiral where the urge to do a decent quality job is the watchword.

Cons

The only downside I can mention is the lack of staff at the Trudaine Avenue office, especially during vacation periods. As the team grows, this should be less the case, but it is still difficult to communicate with everyone in the company. However, many events are organized and allow the whole team to meet in Paris or at an off-site location.
