Love the mission, product and people

Pros

The mission is inspiring. It is great to see how kids love the product and feel like you are working on a product that is benefitting kids. The team is great. I really enjoy working with my colleagues. I like WFH M, Th, F and in office Tu and Th. The business is profitable and there are lots of opportunities to grow.

Cons

Improving processes and project management is a work in process and needs continued work.
