Klaviyo Resource Groups (KRGs) are grassroots community resources, sponsored by our DEI team, built around a shared identity and/or lived experience (including allies). KRGs provide a sense of community and serve as critical consultants for the business. We currently have seven KRGs plus more in development.
KRGs host programs every month and events are open to all Klaviyos. Over 77% of Klaviyos are involved in at least one KRG. Over the past year, our KRGs have hosted over 50 events, with speakers ranging from author and president of Simmons College, Dr. Lynn Perry Wooten, to CurlMix CEO (and Klaviyo customer) Kim Lewis, and SNL’s Bowen Yang.

KRGs organize monthly programs, and these events are inclusive, welcoming all Klaviyo team members. Remarkably, more than 77% of Klaviyo employees actively participate in at least one KRG. In the past year, these dynamic groups have orchestrated over 50 events, featuring an impressive array of speakers. The lineup has included distinguished individuals such as Dr. Lynn Perry Wooten, the president of Simmons College, Kim Lewis, the CEO of CurlMix (and a valued Klaviyo customer), and the talented Bowen Yang from SNL.
Since February, Klaviyo team members located near the Boston headquarters or hub locations in Denver, London, and Sydney have been coming together every six weeks for what they call "hub week." These hub weeks provide Klaviyo employees with an opportunity to spend time connecting and collaborating in person.
