Klein Tools offers a competitive 401(K) retirement savings plan with a company match to help you build your future. The plan includes an array of investment options that you can choose or select from preassembled, age-based Retirement Date Funds.

Profit Sharing

Klein Tools offers a discretionary profit sharing contribution to eligible employees on an annual basis. Profit sharing contributions are invested into the retirement savings plan.

Medical / Prescription Drug, Dental and Vision Benefits Klein Tools offers competitive choices for valuable health care coverage including two Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) medical / prescription drug plans, a dental PPO plan and a voluntary vision program.  Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

Klein Tools offers Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Employees can choose to participate in the Health Care and/or Dependent Care FSA to set aside pre-tax dollars for eligible out-of-pocket health care and/or dependent care expenses.

Life/Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance (AD&D)

Life insurance is an important part of your financial well-being, therefore Klein Tools offers employer paid life/accidental death & dismemberment insurance (AD&D). Voluntary employee, spouse and child life/AD&D are available to purchase. Evidence of insurability may be required for coverage at a certain level.

Disability Insurance

Short-Term Disability

Klein Tools offers an employer paid short-term disability (STD) plan. This plan provides you with disability income benefits for short-term disabilities resulting from injury or illness. 

Long-Term Disability

Klein Tools offers a long-term disability (LTD) plan to provide financial assistance in the event you are unable to work for an extended period of time. This plan is designed to provide you with a reasonable level of income replacement in case you can no longer work due to a disability.

Voluntary Accident Insurance

In the event of an accident or injury outside of work, voluntary accident insurance can be used to pay for expenses associated with your accident, such as emergency room visits, ambulatory services or follow-up doctor visits.

Critical Illness Insurance

If you or your dependents are diagnosed with a certain critical illness, the insurance will offer you protection from financial hardship. 

Tuition Reimbursement

Klein Tools offers tuition reimbursement for approved undergraduate and graduate level college degrees at accredited institutions.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

To help provide support and resources for everyday difficulties, the EAP is provided to you and your household members at no cost. Confidential counseling and referral services are available to employees and their family members. A variety of online tools and resources are available to help including legal services.
