Working with kind, smart, caring, and intelligent people everyday in a collaborative environment. You are never alone in the journey. Amazing company culture and the best place for people who wants to learn and grow in the crypto space.

Cons

Really no cons to share from my end as I really enjoy working at Kraken, but for people coming from traditional work setting, being a fully remote company, working alone and having remote contacts with your colleagues could be challenging at times.
