Kura is a company of exceptional professionals – individuals who are not only highly knowledgeable but also epitomize professionalism, talent, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. The leadership team, led by our exceptional CEO, Troy Wilson, fosters an environment that is empowering, supportive, communicative, and transparent. During my three-year tenure at Kura, I have had the privilege of supporting several C-level and executive management members, along with Troy. I have highly enjoyed each experience and relationship. As an administrative professional, I have been consistently treated with respect and kindness by my leaders. Kura offers opportunities for involvement in company-wide initiatives that go beyond regular responsibilities. This includes leading projects and committees, presenting at company-wide events, and participating in volunteer activities. Being a biotech company, Kura operates in a fast-passed and challenging environment, which is characteristic of this industry. At times, the demands may result in longer work hours.
