Ladder tries to set everyone up for success. Communication is open, positive and constructive. Leaders are candid and transparent at all levels and open to suggestions and feedback. You can gain expertise and experience in all areas of the insure tech world. Products are honest and extremely straightforward. Management facilitates a great work/life/health balance. Benefits are good. What a breath of fresh air!

Cons

Salaries lag a bit behind industry average, no bonus opportunity as of yet, although they do allow for stock options.
