Approves of CEO

Pros

At LandCare you get to serve people and beautify their surroundings. Each day brings unique challenges and work. The leadership is very transparent, with the CEO doing monthly calls to go over exactly where the company is at with finances and projects. You get the chance to work with hard-working people each day in a local branch where you are a close team. You get to solve landscape problems and create value and hospitality for customers. The company invests strongly in employee training and development.

Cons

Culture is local. Sometimes an inexperienced manager here or there may decrease the vibrant culture of teamwork and service that we strive for. These types of issues are taken seriously and get resolved appropriately and respectfully, by leadership.
